Great Quittacas Pond (Rochester, MA)
While some folks from Lakeville, Rochester, and Freetown are familiar with the Quittacas Pond Treatment facility, few are probably aware of the extensive trails opposite off Route 105. Such was my surprise this past week when I ventured out there on my trusty steed. While I couldn't find a real map of the area online, I did manage to snap a photo of a recently constructed trail map. In addition, many of the trails pictured branch off into other paths around the pond. Altogether, I probably rode 6 Miles without repeating a trail. I eventually came out to North Avenue in Rochester where I took the street back to Negus Way where I was parked. Here are some pictures from the excursion:
