I've favored Providence over Boston for a number of years now and I just discovered another reason to do so: East Bay Bike Path. Technically starting in the separate city of East Providence, this scenic 14 mile path wends through some of the most scenic land the Ocean State has to offer. Starting in East Providence and terminating in Bristol, this path makes use of an old railroad bed in order to pass through historic downtowns and lush coastlines. I had no problem completing the entire route in a little over 2 hours. There are also a myriad number of places to eat along the way.
I've included some photo highlights from our sojourn.
Tomorrow, D2R2!!!
